This is where material, light, and craft become the story. At the Knauf Delhi office, warm wood laminate and soft neutrals are lifted by bold blue accents, while an extensive Armstrong ceiling — wood-look, metal baffle, open-cell and acoustic canopies — doubles as a live product showcase and quiets a compact, open floor. At Omak The Khaas, the palette is drawn straight from the ground it stands on: breathing mud plaster, river stone, kaawi floors, slate, Kota stone and bamboo, each surface cool underfoot and softer for being hand-made. We treat finishes not as a spec sheet but as the carriers of feeling: what a material does to light, sound, and touch, and how it ages.
