This is where material, light, and craft become the story. The HUDCO office at India Habitat Centre uses biophilic planting, earthy palettes, and green dividers-as-partitions to turn a 1,20,000 sq ft government floorplate into a restorative place to work. The Noida farmhouse interiors move from restrained to richly layered — travertine in fluted and hexagonal patterns, slate-clad partitions, marble counters, velvet, brass, and wood interplaying so every surface is tactile and intimate. Private Office 1 finds quiet power in wooden panelling, brass accents, and soft sconces. We treat finishes not as a spec sheet but as the carriers of feeling: what a material does to light, sound, and touch, and how it ages.

HUDCO Office at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi

Ask anyone to picture a government office and they'll describe the opposite of where people want to work. This 1,20,000 sq ft renovation concept for HUDCO sets out to change that — a public-sector workplace built around collaboration, daylight and greenery instead of grey cubicle rows.

Farmhouse at Noida

A family with 4.4 acres of lawn wanted to live in the garden, not just look at it. This Noida farmhouse stretches low and long across the land, then dissolves its walls into glass so the lawn walks right up to the sofa.
