Spatial Design
Space that works the way you do
Spatial planning for offices, retail, and hospitality where every square foot earns its keep — flow, light, and function resolved before the first wall goes up.
Start your project briefThe problem
You are paying rent on every square foot, and half of it is dead corridor, unbooked meeting rooms, and desks the daylight never reaches.
Who it's for
Growing companies, retail and hospitality brands, and developers fitting out leased floorplates who need a space that performs from day one.
This is spatial design for people who measure a room in workdays, not just square feet. We start with how your space is actually used — the bottleneck at reception, the meeting room nobody books, the daylight that never reaches the back desks — and re-plan around it. The Knauf Delhi office took an 1,100 sq ft footprint and made it feel twice the size by pulling glass partitions to draw daylight deep into the floor and zoning cabins to the core so the perimeter stayed open. WTC's 6,000 sq ft floorplate runs from a composed reception through open desks to private cabins without a single dead corridor. The point is never the plan on paper; it is the way the space holds a working day.

How we work
Walk the floor
We spend a day on your site and with your team before we draw a line — mapping how the space is really used, not how the brief assumes.
Test-fit the plan
Two or three planning options against a fixed budget, so you can see capacity, flow, and daylight trade-offs before committing.
Detail & specify
Materials you can hold, partitions located for light and acoustics, and drawings a contractor can build without guessing.
Deliver & settle
We stay on through fit-out and the first weeks of occupancy, tuning what only reveals itself once people move in.
